DCS Preci- Fit Restorations Cad/Cam Milled

Now, for the first time, you can get a custom-fit
computer-controlled restoration with more precision and
accuracy than ever thought possible. DCS "Preci-Fit" is the only Cad/Cam technology available for
fabricating restorations from single crowns to roundhouse bridge-work out of multiple materials. The
"Preci-Fit"
system operator can customize every restoration based on your specifications with computer
control over the marginal fit, cement space, coping thickness and pontic design. There is no distortion
from waxing or casting and no shrinkage from sintering and the materials maintain their integrity.

PRECI-Fit DC-Zirkon coping

Material - DCS has made a crucial contribution to the development of the CNC manufacture of crown and bridge frameworks from the high-tech ceramic zirconium oxide. As a result, patients can now be fitted with all-ceramic restorations. Thanks to its excellent physical properties, zirconium oxide is ideal for long - spanned bridges - a genuine innovation in the all-ceramic sector. The restorations are preferably fixed using glasionomer cement or in the conventional manner.

Indications - DC-Zirkon is primarily used to manufacture long-spanned, all-ceramic bridge restorations.

Compatiblity  -
Zirconium oxide is successfully used in implantology and has been homologated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in Washington and by the French Ministry of Health in Paris.

Preci-Fit DC- Cristall

Material - DCS-Cristall can be used to produce translucent framework for individual crowns. Thanks to its special material construction. DC-Cristall is easy to process with the DCS Precident Milling System. Nevertheless, the principal components are identical to the main constituents of proven dental ceramics, i.e. silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide and alkalis.

Indications -
DC-Zirkon is primarily used to manufacture long-spanned, all-ceramic bridge restorations.
Preci- Fit DC- Titan

Material - The DC-Titan blank is an industrially produced block of pure titanium.  Titanium is a tried-and-tested metal for the preparation of crown and bridge frame-works.  The traditional veneering with ceramic or resin meets the aesthetic requirements in every respect.

Indications -
DC-Titan is preferably used for traditional crown and bridge work and for rehabilitation of allergic patients.

Compatibility - The biocompatibility of pure titanium has been extensively described in the standard literature.  In addition to its biocompatibility, titanium's other outstanding properties include low thermal conductivity, high wearer comfort thanks to the low weight, taste neutrality and X-ray transparency.

The restorations are preferably fixed using phosphate cement.

Preci-Fit DC- Tell

Material - The starting point for the development of DC-Tell was the demand for aesthetically attractive, metal-free dental restorations at affordable prices.  DC-Tell, a polyamide reinforced with short glass fibers, will meet your requirements in all these respects.

Indications -
Thanks to its compositions, DC-Tell is extremely versatile in use: metal-free restorations in allergic patients, implantology (progressive bone building), long-term temporaries for the rehabilitation of temporomandibular joint problems, prosthetics in the elderly, and in traditional crown and bridge work.

Compatibility - The biocompatibility and the bonding strength between DC-Tell and the resin veneering material VITA-ZETA LC Composite have been investigated at the University of Freiburg by Professor Dr. H.F. Kappert and Dr. G. Henning and were confirmed to be outstanding compared to other products (ISO standard 10477).

The restorations are preferably fixed using glasionomer cement or adhesive.
